Jatigiya
Situated on a hill, with a clear view on the mountains that surround the city, our Bed & Breakfast is based in
Hippodrome, one of the most pleasant quartiers of Bamako.
Jatigiya is easily accessible and close to the town centre. It is within walking distance of restaurants and bars, and the
lively Medina Coura market.
Your
hosts are Moussa Fofana, Saskia Brand, and our two sons Demba and Senou. After having lived in Mali
for two years, we stayed in the Netherlands
for almost a decade. We recently decided to move back to Mali
with a wish to contribute to the development of the country and to enable our children to get to know their Malian background.
We occupy the main building of Jatigiya; a separate building is reserved for our guests. The buildings share a common roof
terrace.

Situées
sur une colline, avec une vue claire sur les montagnes qui entourent la ville, nos chambres d’hôtes sont basées à l’Hippodrome,
l’un des quartiers les plus agréables de Bamako. Jatigiya est facilement accessible et proche du centre-ville.
A quelques minutes de marche vous trouverez des restaurants, des bars et le fascinant marché de Médina Coura.
Vos hôtes sont Moussa Fofana,
Saskia Brand, et nos deux fils Demba and Senou. Après avoir vécu au Mali pendant deux ans, nous avons résidé aux Pays-Bas
durant une dizaine d’années. Récemment nous sommes retournés au Mali avec le souhait de contribuer au développement
du pays et de faire connaître à nos enfants la partie malienne de leur identité. Nous habitons la maison principale de Jatigiya;
l’annexe est réservé au visiteurs. Les deux bâtiments partagent une grande terrasse sur le toit.
